There is unhapy concept of various cd known_dir
It was ok in the previous vm scripts, where the warorse was one script. Now it is three scripts, and the path have to resued in them.
Idea - all logging will go to &2 and the output of the prepare_container.sh will be only the used dir, lets say exported to some global variable, and reused by other two scripts.
Or maybe reuse that $WORKSAPCE?

Added ability to run benchmarks in podman containers. Functional, but needs cleaning and polishing things like static paths.
