How to change `always_process_values` for existing section? #60

If I insert a custom section with $section['always_process_values'] = true (or false), I can not change its value later by editing the section.php. Any changes of always_process_values will only affect new sections. I tried to find a place where I can update always_process_values section as you update values but failed. Can you give me a hint?
