Basement Bathroom: fix wall & floor #10

Now that the moldy cabinet's been removed & shower's been fixed, let's continue to watch for moisture and come up with a plan of attack for fixing the wall & floor. It's livable at the moment, so not feeling like a rush.

Good news is that Faye kicks ass and did some sealant work. Cut out the soggy dry/wet wall and used some killz. Held up well in most rains, though we did get some flooding in the crazy storm that also left wet spots in other low places on the floor.
