For now we check all nodes from onionoo list. One node can have several addresses, usual one or max two (ipv4 and ipv6). I don't see ipv6-only nodes in list.
We include to result all addresses from nodes. This is issue. Because we limit out result with goal variable. If we have several addresses from one node, we include all of thes, but number uniq nodes not the same as our goal.
We should include only one address from one node to our list. Or we can count uniq fingerprints.
