Registation email should be set as "Prefered Email" #52

Affected Version: 2.0.23
Environment: Linux (Not related)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign-in as a new user
2. Enter a new Email
3. This Email won't be the preferred email although it is the only one
