What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Third crystal.

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Beating the level.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I think it is the most recent one.

Please provide any additional information below.
The crystal closest to where u start the level is causing me some trouble to 
get to. This may not 
be the right place to put this but I'll submit it in any case. Might u be able 
to add some kind of 
reference for the controls? I think that might make things much easier.

Idk. Maybe this is more of an issue I have with getting through the game and 
less of a change to this part of the 
game that u should make. A list of controls would be helpful to review there is 
only that tutorial in the 
beginning, and there is some mention of a problem being caused by " failing to 
teach the player which of his 
powers to apply to this sort of situation" at 
http://www.replicaisland.net/index.php?
view=en/player_metrics.php. If a list of controls was posted, that might not be 
as much of an issue. I might have 
forgotten something, so control lists might help solve my problem, or they 
might not.
