Just to update README and sample json files to reflect changes in v0.2 as per Issue #27 . Also is it ok if the current state of the repo gets uploaded to PyPi so the gpu_id feature is included when someone pip install's the package? Thanks Euan

the changes look good to me. After we merged https://github.com/juglab/cryoCARE_pip/pull/33 , we will merge this PR too and make a new release.
