ZC dimensions swapped in exported images (ImagePlus)

This affects at least the following commands:

• Show Probability Map in ImageJ
• Show Segmentation Result in ImageJ

To reproduce:

• Load the mri-stack demo image
• Train classifier using the default two classes
• Run the above commands:

The resulting images have the ZC dimensions swapped (i.e., the prob. map should have Z=27; C= 2, but has Z=2; C=27)
