Please update dependency on slop #134

Hi,

Could you please update the dependency on slop to work with slop ~> 3.0?

Maybe slop 3.X had some bugs. So I chose ~> 2.0. I have not checked the current slop out, but I think it's worth trying.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying you're going to try 3.x or stay with 2.x?

Yes, I need the dependency updated so that we can package earthquake in FreeBSD ports. We have updated slop to 3.x for other apps and earthquake doesn't work now because of that.

earthquake 0.9.4 has been released. Now it depends slop 3.x. Thanks @eitoball!
