Follow hashtags/searches #136

Is it possible to automatically repeat certain searches and have new results for that search added to the tweets listed? If not, here's a feature request for that.

For instance, maybe I'd like to always see new posts which mention a certain user or hashtag. I could subscribe to a search for @someuser or a search for #somehashtag, and new tweets which match would appear in the list alongside tweets from users I follow.

It is good idea that subscribing to a search. By the way I'm creating new twitter client 'earthquake.gem' like Termtter. It's using streaming API. I got a pull request for such feature https://github.com/uu59/earthquake/commit/aa8a1e9c363618c4554b09026a434fc2797b88cc
