設定ファイルでのプラグインのロードの指定方法について #71

plugins = ['growl', 'foo', 'bar']

みたいな形で読み込むプラグインを指定するようにするというのはどうか。

設定ファイルの書式がたびたび変わって心苦しい限りです。。
