A more "modern-ish" looking web client

Although I don't think this is good enough to keep around forever, hopefully, I've been able to make some looks improvements to the GUI. If you have any suggestions on what I could do better, please feel free to let me know, and I'll do my best to work on them. If you'd rather not have this pull request go through for one reason or another, no worries!

EDIT: Some notes about the changes:

• It uses a CSS framework called Bulma, mainly for the buttons.
• Because I'm not sure how you're going to want a GUI to look later down the road, I tried my best not to change much about what text, etc., you already have.

Thanks! BTW I prefer tabs over spaces but that's fine for now since we'll likely be ditching this file and using the React version that linked in a fork. Although I'd still like for this client.html to work as a simple version that's easy to deploy and for people to use locally.
