Textures for car (specularity, diffuse, and bump and normal from highpoly model) environment (specularity, bump, normal, etc.). Also blending of textures is important in env.
Effects include bloom, lens flaire, ambient occlusion etc.
Perhaps some of the textures could be sourced from other GPLv2 game projects. Someone should make a survey on modern offerings from this viewpoint.
This should be split into separate tasks.
