@suhanipaliwal you work on the CONTRIBUTING.md file, I would work on the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file as that file is also missing in the repo :) ...

Please add the labels of gssoc and approprIate level like level1 , level2 or level3 on this issue for GSSOC'24.
