Adding more courses and facilities #106

There only three branches/ courses in webiste CS,Principles of Economics,Introduction to Psychology. So we can add more courses which are trending now like AIDS,AIML ,Aernautical and journalism .

And in facilities we can add about hostel facilities and about mess and Transport.

I can do this issue by using html,css and bootstrap and if any one would like to work on this issue, I would like to collaborate with anyone work on this issue .

Please assign this issue to me as i am beginner to open source and would like to gain some experience and learn.
