Fixed : After scrolling header comes over navbar and navbar stops working and In About page Navbar is not Aligned Properly .. #198

The z-index property of the navbar is not set to its maximum so by doing some changes the navbar is working properly for any amount of scroll over any section Issue number (#173 ) and In About page Navbar is not Aligned Properly (#174).
