NavBar out of bound #320

the navbar is getting out of bound kindly assign under gssoc

also on scrolling the content gets over the top of nav bar particularly in the facilities section

Can you please assign it to me? I can fix it. It is some kind of CSS which it is lagging but yes i know how to handle with these properties._
