Linked the contact .html to Contact button and Enhanced the social icons of footer section #49

fixes issues #9

In "Call the action " section of index.html, Contact Us button got perfectly linked to contact.html page.

Also Social icons of footer part is enhanced by adding more CSS like transition and transformation.
