Adding responsive design to Testimonials section #50

Hi @juhinagpure , I have identified opportunity to enhance the website by making the "WHAT OUR STUDENT SAYS" section mobile responsive and also adding an hamburger in navbar section for screen size less than 770px. Expected behaviour: The website should look good in all types of devices regardless their screen sizes so that it improves user experience.

Kindly assign me this task I want to fix this issue and contribute to this project under GSSoC'24.
