Fixing the Courses Page #55

The courses page is having some serious UI issues regarding color and also the card animation. I would like to contribute to this project by fixing the card design and creating a card flips animation whenever anyone hovers on it. For mobile phone, we can keep it as a zoom and shrink animation as it is of right now. I would request the mentors to assign this issue to me.

Similarly the facilities section also needs a similar card design to be fixed properly and create a hover effect when a user tries to interact with it. IF possible, I would like to suggest to add facilities as a page in the navbar of the website.
