[BUG] No proper and consistent paddings in the Our facilities card #66

The side heading and the content in the cards under the Our Facilities section arei n-consistent. If we add some proper padding and maintain the same consistent pacing around all the cards the design will look good.

@juhinagpure you need to add lables for the assaigne issue in order to contrinute under GSSoC Check the maintainers guidelines
