To add Animations and fix nav bar #71

I would like to add animation to card under our facilities section in courses page. and i would like to add indicator in nav bar so that the current page which is active can be seen/identified by just looking at the nav bar.

please assign this issue to me i can work on this. @juhinagpure

@juhinagpure i have resolved all the issue mentioned above by me. kindly check the PR, and do let me know if anything comes up with above issue.
