Some fixes to issues i found when building on Ubuntu Quantal #6

The Qt application does need some improvements, it is more of a proof-of-concept to make sure the Qt bindings and API work OK. Phonon is only because originally I wanted to have video playback as well, but never got to it. I'll check that this works on my setup and merge, looks sensible.

1a5a611 is a bad commit, breaks things not only on windows but also on mac. Since multimedia is still listed as a module in Qt 4.8 documentation I suspect the problem might be in Ubuntu. I'm merging the other two commits and skipping this one.
