Import to CTFd is broken #60

With latest CTFd, Juice Shop and juice-shop-ctf installed, CTFd reports the following error after importing the file:

KeyError("There is no item named 'db/alembic_version.json' in the archive",)

After that the CTFd instance is unusable.
