请教一个问题，我通过bulk RNA seq构建了1个家族的预后模型（lasso），根据score cut-off分为high low组，如何将这一模型映射到单细胞测序数据中？如何观察这一家族 score high 和low 组的细胞亚型的分布呢？是将bulk RNAseq的lasso模型公式，计算单细胞数据中每一个细胞的score值，再重新根据median分为high 和low组吗？
