Create a CMS (Content Management System)

What is a CMS?

A content management system (CMS) is a software application that enables users to create, edit, collaborate on, publish and store digital content.

For now, this CMS will only work on the editing aspect (Static editing). The user will not be able to change the physical design of the website but they will be able to change texts, links and images inside the website.

Texts include

Section 1 paragraph under moto.
Section 2 paragraphs under the "Who we are" area.
- Statistic values and below statements.
Section 3 Messages and names of the sender.
Section 4 Main paragraph under the header.
- Headers and paragraphs in all the different four boxes.
Section 5 Main headers
- Texts and paragraphs in each box.
Section 6 Phone number, email and location

Languages to be considered

C#, Java, PHP and Python

Java or PHP may be the ones to go for, but Python is also an option due to its simplicity.
