Keybindings not registering sometimes #2

Sometimes the keybindings are not registered when they are set up and then changed.

The following process must be followed:

  1. Edit ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc
  2. Remove all entries KWin Multiconf in the KWin section
  3. Disable the KWin Multiconf script
  4. Reboot
  5. Enable the KWin Multiconf script
