Add data to :closed-schema? error #239

Knowing the attribute and value that caused the error is useful for handling the error, logging, debugging etc.

This should have been part of https://github.com/juji-io/datalevin/pull/237 but I overlooked it.

Also fixed the or formatting to match the convention in datalevin.
