Added app-forensics/yara and dev-python/yara-python with r4053.
Ebuilds are from ikelos overlay.

Did version-bump, license fix and changed dependencies.

The thing compiles and `yara -v` works, looking at the manual my grippe tells 
me you'll have to test it yourself ;)
