Update bigdata charms to use latest reactive - s/state/flag/ #55

Basically a s/state/flag/ + Endpoints refactor is needed throughout the bigtop stack.

Just a heads' up that I started some of this work in layer-apache-bigtop-base by refactoring to use current conventions for handling layer-basic and layer-options:

Still a long way to go to s/state/flag and move all bigtop charms to the endpoint pattern, but it's a start.
