groupadd failing if kibana exists #3

When deploying the elk-stack from charm store I'm running into the following error:

I'm not sure how this ever worked. There's been some bumps to the kibana charm that address this. I'll take a look now and see what can be updated and kick off another test, then get this added to our CWR runs.
