Adding travis #48

This code makes sense. I'd like to see an addition to the README.md, pointing out how to get Travis up and running (could be as simple as a link to Travis docs).

As it is, I'm not 100% certain how to test.

@petevg you want a pointer to https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/for-beginners ? Are you sure this belongs to the readme of the charm. Did I misunderstand you?
