Support new charmstore channels #38

Charmstore channels are changing from (unpublished, development, stable) to (stable, candidate, beta, edge). Review queue needs to be updated to accommodate this. Not sure what this looks like yet.

This is partially done as we switched development to edge. So, now we support stable and edge. Still need to add candidate and beta.
