Diff comments should be referenced up top #57

There is no indication in the normal comments section that there are diff comments and it can be hard to spot them among the overlarge diffs. A simple link to jump to each diff comment would be sufficient.

I missed the box next to the files list that references the inline diff comments. I still think they should be interleaved with the other comments, though.
