Some dependencies were missing from dependencies.tsv and I didn't have
those libraries checked out already. Updated them by running godeps on
Juju 1.25 branch, to get those missing dependencies, then running godeps
in 1.25-upgrade again to ensure we're not changing the ones already
explicitly listed.
