Upgraded containers weren't left running after conversion #34

When going through the upgrade with Xav Paice, migrate-lxc reported success but seems to have left the containers stopped, so upgrade-agents couldn't ssh into them. They started ok manually so it doesn't seem like it's a problem with the configuration.

It turned out this was actually caused by #39 .
