Fixed the login to controller form.

QA:

create a new login controller and upgrade the gui: ./run exec yarn run build-dist and juju upgrade-gui ...
open the gui in your browser
fill in the login details and submit the form (either click the button or hit enter in an input)
you should get logged in.
