fluff in right leg critical slots

keys from fluff like deployment, history, and capabilities are showing up as right leg slots 13 or 14. attached list of mechs that have this issue from megamek. right leg.txt

I discovered these additional mechs still have fluff showing up in right leg slots. There might still be more, but these ones have a period somewhere in the right leg.

That looks like a different issue. They've added lines to the affected MTF files that contain no key. Here's the "Amarok 3":

Note that the line starting with <p>An innovative feature has no key at all!

That may actually be a bug in the MTF files. Although that's hard to say, since MTF is not a real file format and has no specification... I'll create a new ticket.
