refactoring: splitted mtf2json.py into multiple modules
added option --statistics
added new known keys:
- base_chassis_heat_sinks
- ejection
- notes
added list of explicitly ignored keys:
- fluffimage
- imagefile
- nocrit
added testcases for all new keys and for the ignored nocrit key
