Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. 기능 개발 더 하기 전에 반응형 스타일을 지금 상황에서 적용해야할듯 (컴포넌트 구조 설계 관련된 문제 때문에)

Describe the solution you'd like tailwind css 를 사용해서 Instagram 과 동일한 반응형 레이아웃을 적용할 예정

  1. Navigation 영역은 하단으로 떨어져야함. ( 테블릿은 적응형으로 처리하고, 모바일 퍼스트로 처리할 예정)
  2. explore 그리드 반응형 손보기 (Profile 페이지도 포함)

  1. 현재 반응형 이런식으로 적용된 상태이고, Header 가 추가되어야하고, 사용자가 스크롤 내릴때 자동으로 하단 메뉴바가 숨겨져도 좋을듯.
  2. 테블릿의 다양한 뷰포트에서 모두 적응형으로 작성해야함.
