I need a way of encouraging dangerous flight behaviour - this may simply be a level design problem at the end of the day.
Particularly around open spaces like canyons, I need to dis-incentivise safe play. Canyons (particularly V-shaped ones!) are much easier to handler the higher off the ground the ship is AND the paths around the course are shorter.
Mechanics need to be in place, even if just regular low-down checkpoints, to incentivise keeping the craft low to the ground
