[PROPOSAL] reimplement reference type #51

This PR implements reference types from the beginning and brings a new approach.

This reimplementation basically does:

Reference types literally become smart pointers. It removes the restriction of the pointed data type and acts like a pointer.
Implicit uses standard pointer syntax, eliminating dereferencing. It both increases safety and reduces compiler load.
Provides a similar experience to raw pointers.
Removes built-in drop, and real functions.
Various bugs that need to be fixed to implement this PR.
