Wrong changelog in dependabot PRs #134

Dependabot seem to use https://github.com/julia-actions/cache/blob/main/devdocs/making_a_new_release.md as the changelog. See e.g. https://github.com/Ferrite-FEM/Ferrite.jl/pull/970
