mexjulia vs jlcall #42

What is the difference/relationship between mexjulia and jlcall GitHub projects? Are they both being maintained? Which one should I use?

I notice that several of the contributors are active on both projects.

At some point I renamed the jlcall project to mexjulia to make it a bit clearer what it was. So they're the same thing, except mexjulia is what's current.
