Two Dead Malware Lists Need to be Removed from Default Selections in DNS66

Both the Long Lived Domains & Malware Domains List are no longer online and functioning. Long Live Domains returns a 404 error and Malware Domains List just has a host with a single entry to 127.0.0.1 to localhost.
