so here I carefully analyzed the business case and problem statement for JuJo Events. from this, i realized that customers aren't able to share their personal views and suggestions as regards the various services provided .it is quite challenging since they have to travel long distances to come to their offices in Kireka in order to give in their suggestions. they also have to incur extra costs to buy airtime and call the administrators which is costly.
Another thing is that they aren't frequently updated on the new offers or packages available .they can only know when they go there physically.
so I have created a team to work with to make the project a success.
