Add bottom-center, top-center styles mainly #30

Hi, really appreciate your work at first!

In my case, I need to use styles such as bottom-center, top-center. I am wondering whether other guys have the same requirement, thus this PR is made.

Other things I have added is webpack for development purpose.

Hope it could be helpful, and it's up to you.
