Some question about the label preprocess #68

Thanks for your sharing!

I have some question about the label preprocess, there might be some nodules were marked repeatly by different doctors, and these nodules have multiple labels, how do you deal with?

Hello I just saw them as different labels. During training it would take the average..

Bigger problem might be nodules that were labeled by some doctors and not by others. There the labels would not be averaged. But I did not check the implact of this.
