Provide a light theme option. Also, allow customization of color palettes via Sass variables.

Provide a few different options, actually, as you will get bored seeing the same admin ui on every one of your apps 😆

This commit allows me to independently add new color palettes without breaking component settings--allows me to mess around with themes.
