build without osxfuse kext #32

If we can't get a Developer ID with kext capabilities certificate, we have to ship the app without the osxfuse kernel extension.

Blocked because we first want to try to get the certificate.

[ ] exclude osxfuse kext from build
[ ] figure out how to install it
- download and install the kext on demand?
- ask users to install https://osxfuse.github.io/ manually?
